The past two weeks have been INSANE. Busy, busy, busy. Two dear friends of mine got married on Saturday and it was a joy to be a part of all that! Last weekend I had the privileged of joining in on the bachelorette festivities in New York, which was phenomenal. It was just a perfect little getaway filled with Fall leaves, pumpkin spice lattes, chilly air, and all things Fall!
As I was packing for the trip I had to be creative because we would be in NY Saturday and Sunday, but I would be heading straight to a speaking engagement on Sunday night. This meant my outfit for Sunday needed to be versatile! In the morning we had brunch planned at a lovely and quaint little tea house followed by pumpkin picking. Then I would be in the car for a few hours before getting to Pittsfield, MA to speak at a Retreat.
If any knows me, they know I AM OBSESSED WITH TEA. And pretty much all things related to tea. So I was in heaven when we went to this adorable little tea house in Long Island. Cinnamon scones and Buckingham Tea made my day. And of course celebrating the beautiful bride-to-be was priceless.
For my outfit I decided to go with Fall colors and a bit of a chic professional look. Thankfully after doing the Whole30 I had lost so much weight that I could fit into one of my favorite blazers again! This made me very happy. I paired my mustard yellow blazer with a scarf filled with neutral colors, along with a deep red button up. I threw on my favorite jeans and my good ole faithful brown tasseled booties to finish up the look. I even had some tall socks that matched my shirt so it worked perfectly.
It was pretty awesome because right when we got to the pumpkin patch I felt like I matched everything! It was super fun to fit right in the gorgeous pumpkins and corn stalks. I absolutely love the fall and everything about it!
Whenever fall comes around I always say “Give me all the fall things!!!!!” I get a little excited. I’m looking forward to finding more combinations of beautiful fall shades to wear this season and enjoy every single minute of gorgeous Fall.
So, what’s your favorite thing about Fall? Fashion? Food? Festivities?
